Kieron James Phillips has extensive clinical experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, with a particular focus on shoulder and upper-limb conditions.

His hands-on approach employs advanced diagnostic skills and personalized, evidence-based rehabilitation strategies, especially for patients recovering from surgery, sports injuries, and complex musculoskeletal disorders.

With over a decade of diverse healthcare practice, including roles in public hospitals, private clinics, and military healthcare, Kieron has developed a comprehensive understanding of patient needs and effective treatment modalities. He specializes in the rehabilitation of the upper limb and shoulder conditions, aiming to optimize functional recovery and return-to-activity outcomes, notably non-operative and post-surgical management of rotator cuff tears and shoulder instability.

Alongside his clinical work, Kieron has held leadership roles in education and mentorship, designing postgraduate training programs and supervising research projects. He is actively involved in academic research as a Clinical Research Fellow and contributes to the scientific community through presentations at international conferences and publications in peer-reviewed journals. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Research and Innovation at SIT/SMART, his focus is on predicting functional outcomes after shoulder surgery and applying innovative testing methods to improve rehabilitation protocols.

Kieron holds a BSc in Physiotherapy (2014), an MSc in Musculoskeletal Sciences (2020), and a Diploma in Musculoskeletal Medicine (2024). He previously chaired the Singapore Physiotherapy Association’s Musculoskeletal Special Interest Group and has been nominated for Physiotherapist of the Year (Singapore) twice in the last five years. His work bridges clinical excellence with academic research, ensuring his practice remains aligned with the latest evidence. His dedication to advancing physiotherapy through education, research, and clinical innovation makes him a trusted leader and mentor in the field.
