Rehabilitation Center in Singapore
At HelloPhysio, our rehabilitation center in Singapore is built for real life. We help people get back to the things that matter most: carrying groceries without wincing, chasing the kids at the playground, swinging a tennis racket again, or simply dressing themselves in the morning with ease. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing a long-term condition, or rebuilding after an injury, we focus on practical strength and mobility building and adjunctive treatments to help you get your life back in motion.
Your Path from Surgery to Strength
Whether you’re preparing for a knee replacement or recovering from an ACL reconstruction, our physical rehabilitation center delivers structured, evidence-based support that reduces complications and gets you back to daily life or sport swiftly and safely. Our job is to rebuild what surgery or injury took away. We combine traditional physiotherapy with the latest recovery technology to support healing from the inside out.
Prehabilitation
Prehabilitation gives you a head start before surgery. We build strength around the joint, restore range, and sharpen balance so you enter the operating room fitter and leave it with less deconditioning. Swelling control, pain strategies, and breath work make those first postoperative days smoother.
Targeted aerobic work improves stamina, which often helps with anesthesia recovery and reduces fatigue. You will learn the movements you will need after surgery, from safe transfers to crutch skills, so nothing feels new when it matters. All of these help put your body in optimal condition so that rehabilitation after surgery starts on the right foot.
Many patients report lower pain, faster milestones, and a shorter path back after undergoing prehabilitation. Most of all, prehab builds confidence. You know the plan, the goals, and how to move well from day one. Prehabilitation is more than a good thing to have. It’s insurance against prolonged disability.
Post-Surgical Rehabilitation
Post-surgical rehabilitation restores motion, strength, and function through a clearly phased plan.
The first 72 hours are key. At our rehabilitation center we start with gentle passive motion, INDIBA® and EMTT (MAGNETOLITH) to limit swelling and ease pain post-surgery. As inflammation settles, we add active-assisted exercises and targeted Shockwave Therapy for stubborn adhesions, while tracking the range of motion, strength, and tolerance at each session.
We coordinate closely with your surgeon and follow tissue healing timelines. Around Week 6, many patients shift to functional training. In this new phase, we use advanced technologies to support you with targeted exercises to rebuild your strength and get you accustomed to normal movement. The LightSpeed Lift lets you rehearse running mechanics at reduced body weight, so you build capacity without stressing the graft. The outcome is steady progress and a return to sport with confidence.
Post-Op Sports Recovery
Post-op sports recovery rebuilds athletic performance through sport-specific drills and progressive loading. Athletes don’t just want to walk; they want to compete. Our sports rehabilitation center specializes in sports-specific post-surgical rehab for ACL, meniscus, joint surgeries and other injuries. And the trained professionals at our athletic rehabilitation center understand the struggles of athletes, eager to recover as soon as possible.
We use INDIBA, Shockwave Therapy, and EMTT to address musculoskeletal and soft-tissue injuries, while the LightSpeed Lift enables plyometric progression at 50% body weight. That’s the HelloPhysio difference: we don’t just rehabilitate, we elevate.
Our Physiotherapists & Rehabilitation Team
At HelloPhysio, rehabilitation is personal. Our team includes senior physiotherapists, sports and alternative therapists, and trained Clinical Pilates instructors. We build one coordinated plan around what matters to you so you can move better, communicate clearly, and live more independently.
We care for people across Singapore and guide you through every stage of recovery. The goal is simple: fewer barriers, more independence, and a swift and safe return to the life you want.
Posted on Wee Wolverine26 August 2025 I saw Liam for my MCL tear and was really happy with his physio guidance. Careful and caring Liam helped me to full recovery. Hellophysio is a well equipped studio (Raffles) though I found it a little musty given the pre-war building, and ventilation systems. The reception service at both locations is below expectations, but if you can get past that, the therapists are recommended. Ask for Liam!Posted on tan patrina22 August 2025 I have never been a believer of physio, but after my visits to HP, my views completely changed about the effectiveness of physiotherapy. Jenny is a fantastic therapist who listens, explains and provides effective solutions to my problems. I had what I thought was a pinched nerve on my left arm. And one week before my trip to France for cycling, she was able to alleviate my problem, bring down the pain level from a 8 to 4 over 2 sessions, and I was able to complete all my climbs in France over 2 weeks without much pain or use of painkillers. For me, being able to communicate with the therapist is important. Thanks to Jenny, my issues are now negligeable and I am able to go about with my daily activities with no problem :)Posted on Sean Donovan18 July 2025 I was referred to Liam to try to see if physio could help avoid spinal surgery. Liam worked with me for around 4 weeks and significantly helped reduce the pain after 2. By the 4th he had got me to a position of avoiding surgery. I subsequently sent my rugby-playing son, who has had to use many physios, and he rates Liam as the best he's had (in Singapore and the US) by far. Couldn't recommend Liam highly enough.Posted on ZZ14 July 2025 After having plantar fasciitis (from running) for 7 months and failing to resolve it on my own, I wanted professional help after hitting pain levels of 8/10. I found HelloPhysio online and was assigned to Liam. Liam worked with me to understand the root cause and identified it to be mainly weakness and inflexibility. I diligently followed his plan, consisting of strength workouts and deep stretches, while he treated me with treatments like shockwave therapy when I visited. Based on my situation, I did not have to stop running, but had to manage my training load very carefully and be disciplined about the physio plan. About 2 months in was when I started to see good progress with pain levels dropping to 3/10. Glad to share that the injury eventually healed up after working with Liam for 4 months. On the side, Liam was fun to converse with and great at teaching me about injury management. I found booking and cancelling appointments simple too. Price is not cheap but I didn’t find it too different compared to other centres of similar quality - to me, it was worth it considering that I can now walk and run pain-free.Posted on Janice Goh14 July 2025 I've always felt well taken care of at HelloPhysio. Liam and Conor have been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout my rehabilitation, post ACL reconstruction surgery. The admin staff are also wonderful—always friendly, organised, and ready to assist. It's been a consistently positive experience, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism from the whole team.Posted on Fiona Everett14 July 2025 I went to Liam for pre and post-surgery treatment following a knee injury, and I couldn’t have asked for better care. From day one, Liam made me feel really comfortable, explained everything in a way that made sense, and got me started on a rehab plan that actually worked. The sessions were a mix of hands-on treatment and simple exercises I could do at home. He always listened, adjusted things as needed, and kept me motivated, which really helped me stay on track. My knee feels so much stronger now, and I’m finally back to doing pre-injury activities. Highly recommend Liam to anyone with a knee injury or anyone looking for an excellent physio in Singapore.Posted on Nicolai Jensen6 June 2025 Jenny is a "physio magician" and is the best Physio I have ever worked with! She has been able to fix any injury I had in record time. Shock wave theraphy is one of her specialities. She did invest in technical equipment that helps reaching muscle relief faster - various forms of shock wave theraphy guns for deeper reach. Yes shock wave theraphy can hurt a little but damn I get instant pain relief after a visit. And after two visits often completely pain free. So Jenny and Hello Physio chain of clinics are really amazing and has my deepest respect for what they do!Posted on Emily Sturchio21 May 2025 Hello Physio is hands down the BEST physio clinic in Singapore. I’ve worked with Máire through multiple surgeries/issues—knee, hip, abdominal, and elbow—and I truly don’t know how I would have gotten through them without her. Máire doesn’t just follow a standard rehab protocol—she’s attentive, detail-oriented, and truly understands how to get you back on your feet safely. She’s been my anchor through some tough recoveries, and I trust her completely. My son received fantastic support from Liam after breaking his big toe. Liam was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly encouraging. He made the rehab process not only effective but also fun and engaging for a young child. He took the time to explain everything clearly, tailored the exercises to be age-appropriate, and helped my son regain full mobility and confidence. My husband saw great progress working with Conor following an Achilles sprain. Conor’s targeted treatments and smart progression plan made a big difference in both recovery and injury prevention. Both my husband and I also see the incredible Jinella for sports massage—she’s a magician when it comes to loosening up tight muscles and restoring mobility. She somehow always knows exactly what your body needs. Jenny has built a dream team. They take time to understand your body and use evidence-based treatments that really work. Can’t recommend them enough!Posted on Yi Yong Chee6 March 2025 Was referred to HelloPhysio and Liam helped me to recover from and manage my plantar fasciitis while I was training for 2 separate marathons (SCSM & Tokyo Marathon) over 3 months. He was really friendly and always made the sessions comfortable. He shows genuine interest in the details mentioned and always remembers them, he was also encouraging and looks at things with a positive perspective. Appreciate all the sessions I've had with him and thank you for allowing me to run pain-free!Posted on David Ashton3 March 2025 I saw Michelle regularly at her previous place for a sports massage and physio. She’s really practical and focused on your specific problem, not just going through the motions. Plus she’s a lovely person. Will be signing up here now!

What Sets HelloPhysio Apart
HelloPhysio blends advanced modalities with clear clinical reasoning to deliver results that routine rehab often misses.
At our rehabilitation center in Singapore, we layer tools rather than rely on any singular one. INDIBA enhances tissue extensibility before manual work. When adhesions persist, focused Shockwave Therapy provides a targeted mechanical stimulus. EMTT supports cellular repair in deeper structures. LightSpeed Lift enables early gait and return-to-run drills without joint overload. Together, these steps keep sessions productive and comfortable.
You will leave knowing why each exercise matters and how to settle a flare. For a marathoner recovering from Achilles repair, that meant mastering eccentric heel drops, then using LightSpeed Lift to rehearse downhill form well before full body-weight running.
Whether you’re prepping for surgery at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital or recovering from a procedure at Raffles Hospital, HelloPhysio’s rehabilitation center has the expertise and technology to get you back stronger. Book your consultation with HelloPhysio today and start your comeback.
